Introduction

The East Tennessee Antique Bottle & Collectibles Society began informally as the Knoxville Bottle Club in 1988.  After realizing the local area had a large number of bottle collectors, Larry and Marty Acuff founded the club as a way for them to network with each other and share their collecting tips and knowledge.

Now recognized as one of the premiere collectors' clubs in the Southeast, ETABCS' scope has expanded to include members' collecting interests spanning an amazing range of items.

For 15 years, the group sponsored a nationally-rated annual show that draws vendors and collectors from across the U. S. and as far away as the United Kingdom.  ETABCS also sponsors local activities, such as organized artifact digs at area sites, that are open to its members.

The annual show is currently on hiatus.  Larry & Marty Acuff retired as Show Coordinators after 15 years of diligent service, making our show a fabulous success.  Stay tuned for news of our plans for future events.
